Luminex Trade Group was founded in 2009 by a team of international trade veterans with deep roots in Chinese manufacturing. Frustrated by the opacity and inefficiency of traditional sourcing, our founders set out to create a company that put transparency, quality, and client success at the center of everything.

How long does the sourcing process take? +
Supplier research typically takes 5–10 business days. From supplier approval through production and delivery, typical timelines range from 45–90 days depending on product complexity and your chosen shipping method. We'll give you a detailed project timeline during our initial consultation.
Can you help with Amazon FBA sourcing? +
Absolutely. We have a dedicated e-commerce sourcing team experienced in Amazon FBA requirements — including labelling, carton marking, prep services, and direct shipment to Amazon fulfilment centres globally. We work with hundreds of Amazon sellers across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
What if the quality doesn't meet my standards? +
Our multi-stage QC process is designed to catch issues before goods ship. If problems are found, we work directly with the factory to rectify them at the supplier's cost. In the rare event goods arrive with defects, we manage the dispute resolution process with the factory and assist with any claims.
